Thanks for the information. I have loaded some shells with 68 grains of Hogdon RS, 405 grn lead bullet, with a wad between the bullet and powder and measuring approximately .100 of compresstion with the bullet when seated with a mild crimp. Does this seem like a safe load to use and not damage the rifle?
