Hi again Brian. "Hoppy's" is a acronism for Hoppes No. 9 solvent. It's used as a cleaning agent for modern gun bores and generally available at any gun shop or sporting goods stores that handle any firearms "stuff." Good for what it's made for and more. For cleaning up light scale that developes on blueing it's the best. Have at it my friend.
