Chris

The smooth triggers were Musket production units. Some were salvaged from percussion rifles turned back to SA for repair or scraping. The trigger guard assembly is the same as for the earlier muskets. The serrated trigger appears after ser.# 230000. We do not normally change out the triggers for the serrated units except for our "shooters". Purist want the assembled rifle to be as accurate in proper parts as possible. I personally prefer the serrated trigger for range & hunting use.

Front blades are available here & online. Make sure which height blade is proper for you rear sight.
