Re: Gun Legislation (long)

Good for you, Bill. Of course, when your senators are Boxer and Feinstein, and your state is hopelessly and shamefully gerrymandered, there is not a lot you can do besides gnash your teeth.

I HOPE the Senate can be trusted - some decent Democrats will surely vote against the UN bill, but the balance is getting VERY worrisome. And, don't forget the strategy of offering cabinet posts to R senators from states with D governors - if you cannot get your 60 members at the polls, you can always get a couple through the back door. HOPEFULLY such appointees will have the smarts, AND the integrity, to see through the ruse. I'm not, however, holding my breath. Power corrupts.

EVERYONE, KEEP pounding on the birth certificate issue - SOMETHING is wrong there!!! There is NO reason for it not to have been produced, or for ANY records to have been "sealed". For God's sake, what is it they do not want us to see? Yes, BHO's birth was RECORDED here, but he apparently wasn't born here, and "evidence" is likely being manufactured as we discuss the matter!!
