M66 Rifle
This is about as good as they get when it comes to factory new
Springfield production. This M66 was refurbished by Springfield for the
F-P War in 1870, and the original USA cartouches are just barely visible.
The HSH
catouche is the F-P War cartouche. I do not think I have seen a better
one. This one has sharp wood, color case on the lock and hammer and a
stock with only one ding. It will be a while before another one like
this comes along. The bore is pristine like the exterior. There is the
large script N firing proof still on the gun along with the stock makers
stamps
