A well used and modified Dyer pouch. The short loops on the back have been cut and leather lacing added so the pouch could be used with a wider belt. Also, this Dyer never was cut for the small brass button used to close the inner pocket of the pouch. The other Dyer shown on this listing has the button. This Dyer is stamped WATERVLIET/ARSENAL on the back side. The US on the front is weak, but clearly seen.
