Cowboy Carbine, SN445595
This is a very clean cut-down rifle with a crisp 1881 cartouche nad
a barrel from a rifle issued to Co. G 4th Ky Vol. Inf in 1898. The
bore is shiny new and the exterior is in fine condition. There is
a scratch in the tang area that looks like a crack. The wrist of the
stock has been lengthened in an excellent fashion. The ramrod hole has
been nicely filled with matching wood. $625 + S/H.
