M84 Rifle, SN444200
This is a very nice 1884 rifle that has not been sanded or refinished.
It has a sharp SWP/1889 cartouche that agrees with the serial number
for 1889 production. The stock is in excellent
condition with one ding between the barrel bands. The bore is excellent,
a little dark at the breech, but very nice as you approach the muzzle. there
are no scale patches in the bore.
Most of the metal has a strong blue. The front blade is elevated for
close range shooting. It should be a very collectible
rifle or make an excellent
shooter.
