The 1887 issue boot has all the straps in tact and the initials can be seen on the strap ends. It is stamped ROCK ISLAND/ARSENAL in deep lettering. The boot is very round and the brass throat is firmly attached. The mounting strap seems to be unused. $195 + S/H
